Vacation with accommodation for large and small families! This magical and very exclusive accommodation has a unique location with beautiful views of vineyards, green meadows and Italy's fabulous lake - Lake Garda! The villa, situated between the beautiful capital of Lake Garda Desenzano and the small charming village of Padenghe sul Garda, offers 150 sqm of space and an additional 200 sqm of private garden. Three beautiful terraces with a perfect location for lovely barbecue evenings with evening sun. The villa is newly renovated so we can guarantee our guests extremely high standards. The villa offers beautiful wooden floors, new furniture in modern design, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and two new bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There is also a beautiful fireplace in the living room. Lighting is optimal.

Italy Living was founded in 2010 by the sisters Elin and Emma Ankarvret, with the basic purpose of renting holiday accommodation at wonderful Lake Garda. The apartments are Scandinavian furnished with great comfort, well adapted for families with children. Italy Living offers you great accommodation and stunning surroundings in the Lake Garda. The beautiful capital of Lake Garda, Desenzano del Garda, is the destination for those who want everything at once. The charming little town is said to be the "hidden gem" of Lake Garda, but in recent years Desenzano has become a popular destination with tourists from all over the world. Here you can enjoy lake walks with magical views of the lake, and the warm summer evenings gladly invite you to a glass of wine in one of the many cafés located around the small square. In addition to the beautiful marina and monuments from Roman times, the city offers a great variety of bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, great shopping and nightlife. Desenzano is lined with many small picturesque rocky beaches, and for those who want to cool down in the summer's nice temperatures can always take a dip! Here at Lake Garda there is a great selection of fantastic restaurants. If you want to visit an agriturismo you can look forward to a guaranteed charming restaurant with homemade specialties. Otherwise, there are many exclusive restaurants for those who want to luxury it with a luxurious seafood platter. Or why not visit one of the many pizzerias around our wonderful lake!
