Wonderful and spacious villa in the center of the historic village of Castiglione Falletto, with breathtaking views over the Langhe hills. In the past, it was part of the Castle court. Originally built in the XIV century. Some of the stones and wooden ceiling are original! This is the perfect location for family or group of friends. SPACES First floor: A spacious living area with smart TV, kitchen, service bathroom and garden with dining table. Ground floor: Large bedroom and private bathroom with showe Second floor: Master bedroom with a big walk in closet, bathroom with shower, another bedroom with queen size bed (160 X190) and mezzanine with a double bed (120 X 190). Private parking- Additional infos: Pets are welcome with an additional cost of EUR 30. City tax is EUR 2,50 each person per night that has to be paid upon arrival.
