Karina House is very near to PARCO REGIONALE SPINA VERDE : Path 5 - Monte Goj - Path 5 is a ring surrounding the Tre Croci or Monte Goj Mountains, and it can be reached either from Lora - Villa Salterio, Como, and from the urban center of Albate, to the hut on the top of Monte Goi. The trails are easily accessible on foot and wind up through the forests of broad-leaved trees. Along the path passes between the outcrops of gonfolite (sedimentary rock called comasco conglomerate which forms much of the Green Spin of Como); There are also numerous erratic boulders, witnesses to the geological past of the area and the enormous forces of pushing and shaping landscapes during glaciations.
