Elegant apartment in via Montenero near Lake Maggiore, located within a very nice residential complex with swimming pool, located on the ground floor, with a small garden in front of the living room, very well furnished, functional, quiet three-room apartment with everything needed for a stay brief. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, dishwasher, table, smart TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large bedroom and single bedroom. everything has just been renovated and is very bright and quiet. The real gems are the private garden with patio where you can eat, the swimming pool open during the summer and the proximity to the lake, reachable on foot only by crossing the road in front of the residence.

Monvalle is a small town in the province of Varese overlooking the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, where you can find beaches and hills, a natural port and a river: nature has been truly generous with this place!
