Managing the property in the first free time is not much, but I try to make the best. Even just a few free hours here and there becomes interesting for a ride on the bike or a walk with in the country. I love the kitchen, in fact La Briccola there is also the restaurant where I'm the cook; but when I'm free love to eat at the restaurant for my own pleasure. I love the sea in all seasons, most pleasure-in summer and in winter more introspective, but still my favorite. I live and work in the Langhe, places of the soul that I like very much but occasionally some different landscape I plug in my gallery interior.
