La Casa dell’Arco offers TWO independent holiday apartments, ideal for couples, families, or small groups of up to 6 guests in total. Each apartment accommodates up to three guests and has its own private entrance, ensuring comfort and privacy. Please ensure you select the correct apartment when booking, as each unit offers different features. We recommend reviewing the room photos and listed facilities carefully. Apartment Nr. 47 features one double bedroom and a single sofa bed, as well as a private double jacuzzi/hot tub and a walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a complete kitchen including a microwave and coffee machine. Apartment Nr. 45 also offers one double bedroom and a single sofa bed, accommodating up to three guests. This apartment includes air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Please note that Nr. 45 does not include a jacuzzi, washing machine, or tumble dryer. A complimentary breakfast is provided for all guests on the first day of their stay.

The house, is named after the arch that is situated upon entering the alley that dates back to 1838. Moreover, the name of the street, 'Via Forno Grande,' is derived from the large oven located in the same alley. Free parking can be found around the streets of historic centre, few meters away than La casa dell Arco. If parking is full, a free parking lot on Via Sabotino is only a 7-minute walk away.
