The property is located 10 minutes from Piscina Rei beach and it is provided with wood ceiling, wood-like floor, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a garden (both in the back and front of the property), a large patio, an indoor parking and 2 outside shower. The price includes bed linen, bathroom linen ( shower, face and bidet towel for each guest), shower shampoo, electrical and water consumption. It extends on one single floor and it is structured in this way : the living room is connected to an open kitchen which is provided with an induction hob, oven, drive, microwave, blender and dishwasher. Each bedroom is endowed with a large and comfortable wardrobe and the bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a modern shower. In the living area and in the bedrooms there is air conditioning. The garden is extended all around the property, and on the site of it there is a 39 square metres Patio equipped with a table and a living space. On the back, there are two large showers that provide hot water. There is also a BBQ equipped area. The guests will have access to the whole property and the garden for their exclusive use.

The house is located in a residential area where tranquillity and relax are the main characteristics, suitable for someone who would like to enjoy the beach while being in touch with nature. Close to the house, within walking distance, there is a bar, a bakery and a mini market. The house is easily reachable, however a car is necessary.
