The apartment has got large windows with a beautiful view of the mountains, it is very bright, cozy and clean. It is in a perfect position to walk to the center, the ski slopes (2 minutes walk), the cycle path. There is a small cellar where you can leave your ski or bicycles and get on the lift. The apartment is on the first floor, you can go up in the elevator, and it has been recently renovated and furnished. There are two beautiful terraces, both with table and chairs. The kitchen has a new induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle. New: dishwasher. Pots, plates, cutlery and glasses available for guests. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a bathtub. It has no windows but it has a fan. The bedroom is spacious and has a large double bed and a terrace. There is an armchair that turns into a large single bed if needed. A large wardrobe. The living room has a very large sofa bed, a Smart TV that allows you to use your Netflix or Prime account, or classic channels. New: washing mashine. Free wifi at 20 MB throughout the apartment, a terrace with a view and a small table. Free parking around the condominium.

The apartment is in a convenient position to walk to the center (3/4 minutes), where you'll find many shops, bars and restaurants, the pharmacy, the tourist office that can give you lots of updated information on events, excursions or what to visit. For skiers, the ski lifts can be reached in two minutes on foot, crossing a bridge. It is also convenient to set out on foot for walks in the woods, on the Bartolo river which runs behind the house. An ATM, post office and a small bar 200 meters from the house. The polyclinic with medical guard is also located at 400m. The famous covered market of Tarvisio is at 750 mt, 10 minutes on foot. By car you can reach the cableway and the path that lead to Mount Lussari (for skiers you can reach the Lussari skiing), in 5 minutes Camporosso, in 10 minutes Valbruna, in 15 minutes the Fusine lakes. In 10 minutes by car the Austrian border, 20 minutes to the thermal baths of Warmbad / Villach, famous spa with pools and saunas, or the town of Villach, with shops and shopping centers. In Slovenja, you can get to Kranjska Gora in about 25 minutes.
