Property info

This pleasantly and functionally furnished flat is located on the ground floor and has an equipped veranda overlooking the private pool. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette (we do not provide oil, salt, pepper and sugar for hygienic reasons and for Italian regulations) and sofa, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a French double bed, bathroom with shower cubicle, bed linen and towels included in the price (first supply, subsequent changes on request (20 euro per person). It has a fridge, TV with digital terrestrial, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioners in every part of the house, dishwasher, private parking space. At check-in, guests will find a courtesy kit containing a roll of toilet paper (no additional rolls of toilet paper are provided), three rubbish bags, dishwashing cloth and floor cloth, dish soap and hand soap. Services: all kinds of services are easily accessible: supermarket (500 metres), restaurant (600 metres), wellness centre (300 metres). Excursions can be booked on site.

Neighborhood info

Malamurì, a pretty village in the municipality of Budoni, from which it is only 3 km away, lies in one of the most beautiful stretches of the north-east coast, about 35 km south of the port and airport of Olbia. Just a 10-minute drive from the wonderful waters of this coastline: from the beach of Lido di Budoni to that of Isuledda and the famous Cinta di S. Teodoro. The beaches of cala Brandinchi (known as 'little Tahiti') and Coda Cavallo are a 15-minute drive away, while the charming marina of Ottiolu is only 5 km away.
