Property info

A due minuti dal mare!! Delightful apartment in a historic building adjacent to the house that gave birth to the painter Francesco Podesti (1800). Located in the historic center of the Capodimonte area of Ancona, 200 meters from the port and the embarkations for ships, 100 meters from the main courses with all types of shops and franchises, very close to the faculties of literature and economics. Bus stops are located below the house, 1km from the main railway station. Regional hospital "Torrette" and pediatric hospital "Salesi" at 5 minutes by car. Ancona offers experiences of every taste, from the sea to the mountains, from taste to smell with excellent variety of food and wine. Ample parking adjacent to the house.

Neighborhood info

It occupies the northern slope of the Astagno hill; the center of the district is Piazza del Forte (Piazza Sangallo). It was born in 1300 following two successive expansions; it is therefore the second district of Ancona in antiquity. It borders to the north with the San Pietro district, to the east with the Santo Stefano district, to the south with the Archi district and the Montirozzo district; to the west of Capodimonte extends the port, with its docks.
