Apartment on the 1st floor with attic and 2 parking spaces, 70mt from the sea. The space The house consists of dining room with sofa-bed, kitchenette, bedroom with 2 single beds, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Climbing the spiral staircase we can find an open space attic with a double bed, a single bed, bathroom and shower. Outside we can find a garden with a lovely shower surrounded by ivy, 2 parking spaces and bike parking.
