Bianca's house is a small space where everything is on a human scale and everything is within reach in a simple and intuitive way; from the convenient access (completely on the ground floor and independent) to the tranquility of Vico Squadro, a street in the historic center that guarantees the tranquility of the stay in all its facets; a place to escape away from the daily chaos of the city to relax, but still well served just a few meters from activities and essential services that can be reached quickly and comfortably on foot (pharmacy, local supermarkets, butcher, greengrocer, restaurant and pizzerias, etc. );
Hi, I'm Germano, I have decided to share with you "la Casetta di Bianca", a space in the center, in the heart of the ancient city of Sulmona, full of memories and emotions experienced with Nonna Bianca; a fixed point, in which the family's daily life was marked by activities linked to the processing of agricultural products (grapes, garlic, vegetables, fruit, greens, cereals, etc.) a space in which grandmother Bianca spent her time transforming everything what the earth offered him in finished products of superior quality;
The structure is located in the historic center within the walls of the city of Sulmona, among the alleys of the Porta Filiamabili district which hide and protect precious monuments of the city, as in the case of the Casetta di Bianca where access to the studio apartment is through an imposing Durazzesco portal dating back to the 14th century. recognized as having artistic value by the Superintendency of Cultural Heritage; crossing the entrance, inside, the entire structure is made of exposed stone as per tradition and the entire flooring is in polished stone; there is also a small fireplace that warmed grandmother Bianca's days;
