The house is unique in its lakefront location: stepping out of the gate and crossing the street, you are already on the beach. A well-kept studio apartment, recently renovated, with a separate kitchen, bathroom, and a private garden equipped with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. Three large windows offer direct views of the lake and the beach. Air conditioning, wood stove, satellite TV. Ideal for 2 people (double bed) with a crib available on request.
Very quiet and green lakeside area. The location is perfect for relaxation and recharging both physically and mentally. Possible sports: diving, swimming, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, canoeing, tennis. The accommodation is located 30 minutes from Rome's ring road, making it an excellent starting point for excursions to the Eternal City and the various Etruscan sites in the Viterbo area. Several hiking trails and visits to thermal areas are also possible nearby. Supermarkets: 15 minutes on foot. Restaurants: about 30 in total, with three located between 50 and 300 meters away. Paid parking available along the lakeside.
