La Casita offers all our guests a welcoming and familiar place that allows them to live a stay in complete relax. The independent entrance of the structure allows guests to access free private parking, a patio and a large garden where it is possible to play, relax or choose to have lunch in the shade of a huge fir tree, a perfect place for barbecue's lovers like us. Inside, the structure includes a large living room with smart TV and satellite channels, a dining area with extendable table, a well-stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom for a total of 75 m2. Whether you choose to stay in the double room or in the twin room, guests have the certainty of spending the stay in an exclusive way, because we will take care of preventing other users from booking it during the same dates. If, however, you want to book both rooms as in the case of a family, the guests would share the common areas and the use of the bathroom. The double bedroom is welcoming, quiet, comfortable and bright. and in its simplicity, so is the double room with single beds which also has a practical and useful walk-in wardrobe. All accommodation units come with free WiFi. Guests with babies will have free use of the folding cot while children will have access to outdoor play equipment, board games and drawing material. Last but not least, the panorama...The view sweeps between the Adriatic Sea and the peaks of the Sibylline mountains, passing through the hills of Porto Potenza and the poetic ones of Recanati. Fabio and Lucy, married in Mexico and moved to the Marche in 2007 Fabio is the nice and extroverted one, Lucy is the one who keeps him at bay. We like being in company and meeting new people. In addition to speaking Italian and Spanish, we also make ourselves understood well in English and French. Craftsmanship is one of our passions, whether it be brushes, wood, fabric, the important thing is to create something unique, handmade especially using recycled objects. For this reason, many furnishing objects present in “La Casita" are made by us. We believe in the value of family, which is why we place a special emphasis on it pay attention to the search for activities that can involve adults and children.

Castelfidardo is historically important for having given rise to the famous battle between the army of the Kingdom of Sardinia and that of the Papal State which, in September 1860, decreed the unification of Italy and also for being the cradle of the birth and development of accordion thanks to the genius and work of Paolo Soprani. The historic center of the city, the Risorgimento museum and the accordion museum are easily reachable on foot, while the public park within which you can visit the National Monument of the Battle of Castelfidardo is even more so. Leaving La Casita, in less than 5 minutes on foot, you can reach pizzerias, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the church of S. Antonio, the national park, a bar, a tobacconist and a fish shop.
