Company info

We are a young, family-run business in Padola: for us, hospitality means welcoming you with a smile, making you feel comfortable right away, and looking after you with genuine care—without the “hotel formality,” but with the attention of people who truly want you to feel good. We love the mountains, and we’re happy to share the most authentic side of the village with you: the right tip, a small thoughtful gesture, a kind word at the right moment. You’ll meet us in person at La Culla Restaurant (Via Valgrande 54), which is our reference point for check-in, assistance and key handover. This way we can be present, organised and available—and it’s often the perfect moment to give you practical advice about parking, routes, ski slopes, trails and things to do nearby, in a simple and stress-free way. If you have special timings or you arrive early, just send us a message: whenever possible, we’ll happily organise things and explain everything clearly (where to go, parking and times), so you arrive relaxed and worry-free. Breakfast is always included, and we prepare it with the same spirit: a little “pampering” moment to start the day well, with a curated assisted buffet and plenty of homemade treats. If you have intolerances or special requirements, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. And if you’re leaving early or have a full day of activities ahead, we can also arrange a take-away option on request. We like to think that La Culla is not just a place to sleep, but a small safe haven to come back to in the evening: warm, quiet and welcoming. We value a calm, respectful atmosphere because people come here to rest—so we try to keep things peaceful in the evening hours, always with common sense. We love remembering your names and the little details: a smile, a coffee, and the right local tips. If you need anything, just message or call us—we’ll be happy to help and make you feel “at home,” even when you’re far from home.

Property info

Welcome to La Culla B&B: a small mountain home where wood, original details and the warmth of our hospitality come together in a special balance between past and present. The property has been recently restored, preserving the soul of an 1800s historic house and enriched with custom-made furnishings crafted by a local artisan—creating an intimate, elegant and incredibly relaxing atmosphere, perfect for switching off and feeling “at home” right away. Our 3 rooms (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor) are designed to truly pamper you: private bathroom, large desk, open wardrobe, bedside tables with USB sockets, free Wi-Fi, a kettle with a selection of teas and a coffee machine. In every bathroom you’ll find our “signature touch”: an emotional shower with different jets, chromotherapy and aromatherapy—so you can enjoy a moment of wellbeing and quiet in the privacy of your room. Completing the comfort: blackout curtains, underfloor heating with in-room control, and daily care of the spaces, because we want everything to feel tidy and welcoming at all times. Breakfast is always included and is served at La Culla Restaurant (Via Valgrande 54, Padola): a curated, assisted buffet with selected products and many homemade preparations. If you have intolerances or special requirements, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. And if you have a day full of activities ahead, we can also arrange a take-away option on request. We are located in Padola, in the heart of the Dolomites: convenient for walks, hiking trails and ski slopes, yet in a spot that keeps a special sense of tranquillity. Free parking is available in a dedicated area, making your arrival easy and worry-free. And after a day in the mountains… real rest awaits you—the kind you feel as soon as you close the door.

Neighborhood info

Padola (Comelico Superiore) is a small mountain village where guests especially love the peace and quiet, the open valley views, and the feeling of experiencing the Dolomites in an authentic way, away from crowds. From here you can step outside and, within minutes, be surrounded by trails, forests, and postcard-worthy scenery. Things to do nearby (practical tips): • Walks & cycling: Val Comelico is perfect for relaxing walks through woods and traditional villages; there’s also a lovely cycle/pedestrian route that runs through the valley and connects several hamlets—ideal for a scenic ride (including e-bikes). • Skiing & winter: In winter, Padola is a great base for the Val Comelico ski area, with lifts and slopes leading up into beautiful Dolomite scenery; it’s also a convenient starting point to reach other nearby ski areas, depending on the season and local connections. • Local culture: To discover the true spirit of Comelico, we recommend visiting the Museum of Alpine and Ladin Culture in Padola and the Algudnei Museum in Dosoledo, set inside the historic Palazzo Zandonella–Dell’Aquila, dedicated to Ladin heritage. • Iconic hikes: One of the most loved day trips is the Tre Cime di Lavaredo area, one of the symbols of the Dolomites, reachable via Misurina (access may be regulated during certain periods) and offering unforgettable walks. • Mountain huts & flavours: If you love hiking and good food, you’ll find mountain huts and small local spots nearby—perfect for an authentic break. If you’d like, at check-in we’re happy to share personalised recommendations based on the season, weather, and your level (families / hiking / skiing).
