Charming apartment 5 minutes walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the sea, Santa's DaMa is the perfect solution for your vacations in Tigullio. The three-room apartment is part of the Ardesia residences, three buildings completely renovated in 2019 equipped with all modern amenities including high energy class, excellent acoustic and thermal insulation, luxury finishes and large private underground garage connected by elevator. DaMa is finely furnished in minimal retro style and is divided into five cool, comfortable and bright rooms plus two livable terraces. The two spacious bedrooms can sleep up to four people, with the option in one of them to choose between a double bed or two single beds. A fifth person can sleep comfortably on the queen-size sofa bed in the large open-plan room. Let us know your preference when booking and we will be more than happy to accommodate you! San Siro is the residential neighborhood of Santa Margherita Ligure. A 5-minute walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the sea, it is close to major points of interest such as stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, children's play areas, etc. etc. We recommend leaving your vehicle in the private garage and moving on foot to Santa Margherita Ligure or to the station to visit Tigullio and Cinque Terre. The municipality also offers an e-bike service via dedicated app.
