"La Dimora di Lucca" is a single-family villa located in the Borgo Giannotti district, just on the outskirts of Lucca, about a 10-minute walk from the historic city walls. Built only 15 years ago, the house is modern and fully equipped with all the comforts. Its strategic location makes it ideal for exploring Lucca and much of Tuscany, and you can conveniently drive right up to the front entrance with your car. Access to the house is via two private roads, one of which is gated with an electronic barrier. The property also includes two private parking spaces within the residential area. The house is spread over three levels, with the top floor being an attic-style space. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance opening onto the living room, a laundry area (with a washing machine), a bathroom (with shower), and a spacious kitchen. From the kitchen's French doors, you can access a private fenced garden equipped with a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella. The first floor includes two bedrooms — one double and one with a French bed (queen size), a hallway with a large wardrobe, and a second bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. The second and top floor (attic) offers another double bedroom, with the option to add an additional bed via a sofa bed, and a third bathroom with a shower.
