We will welcome you with joy in our home. We will do everything possible to make your stay, happy and serene. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer. Free WiFi in every area and we are renowned for our hearty and rich breakfast. Come visit us and you will find out. The prices of our rooms include breakfast from 7.30 and 10.30, while on request you can use the kitchen during the day to prepare hot meals. It is also possible to store your bikes in the garden and we will be happy to host your friends with 4 legs.

Our residence, overlooking the lake of Varese, is located in the central area of Gavirate is part of the area called "I sette laghi". Our house has floor heating on the ground floor and on the first floor and is surrounded by a well-kept garden consisting of several plants. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable, furnished with great care and style. Each room is different, choose the one that best represents you.

Our residence, overlooking the lake of Varese, is located in the central area of Gavirate is part of the area called "I SETTE LAGHI".   For those who love walks, dozens of trails of different difficulty and commitment, all mapped, allow you to visit ancient towers, old fortresses, belvederes with breathtaking views, and not least the Astronomical Observatory of Campo Dei Fiori, the most important in Italy and the Marian Sanctuary of "SACROMONTE" with its votive chapels frescoed by important artists of the six/ eighteenth century Lombardy.   The province of Varese is a land where cycling is the protagonist with routes suitable for everyone and the first and most famous is of course the bike path of Lake Varese. A 28-kilometre ring that embraces the entire lake and offers very suggestive landscapes between wide meadows and trees that offer shade even on the hottest days in the picturesque lakefront.
