I am an English ex pat living in Italy for more than 40 years. I love Sardinia in the summer for swimming and snorkeling at the many beaches our local coastline offers...and I also really like Sardinia in the winter for the beautiful walks and fireside knitting!!!

Property info

Nice bright rooms and bathrooms newly built in 2012 as an extension to a typical Sardinian Cottage. All rooms have private ensuite bathroom and air con. Although I live onsite, kindly remember to let me know your expected arrival time when you make a reservation.

Neighborhood info

We are in the little seaside town of Palau, a perfect spot for visiting the Costa Smeralda, the beautiful Coastline and beaches of Northern Sardinia, Porto Pollo the windurf and kitesurf Paradise.....but most of all, the amazing islands of the Archipelago of La Maddalena. You can get a ferry from the port to visit the larger Islands of La Maddalena and Caprera by car, or you can choose an escursion at our turistic harbour to take you to the smaller islands. Our town offers many restaurants, pizza places, home made ice cream shops, snack bars and cocktail bars as well as a little evening craft market.
