Our farmhouse is immersed in greenery, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, and boasts a wonderful sea view. The panoramic terrace and relaxation area in the orchard offer breathtaking sunrises. We offer a genuine Italian breakfast with homemade baked goods (bread and cakes) and jams, using flours from ancient grains from the area and our fruit.

We are a family passionate about nature, agriculture, and cooking with natural, locally sourced ingredients. We want to welcome our guests, sharing the tranquility, beauty, and simplicity of the scents and colors of our beautiful region.

We are a 10-minute walk from the center of Ripatransone, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Cupra Marittima and Grottammare, and approximately an hour's drive from the Sibillini Mountains. In Cupra Marittima, we have a special agreement for umbrellas and loungers with the beautiful Chalet Il Borghetto. Other nearby historical and tourist attractions include San Benedetto del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Acquaviva Picena, Montefiore dell'Aso, and more. In Ripatransone, you can visit the beautiful Luigi Mercantini Theater, the Cathedral-Basilica Co-Cathedral of San Gregorio Magno, the Museum of Rural and Artisan Civilization, the Episcopal Museum of Sacred Art, the Cesare Cellini Civic Archaeological Museum, the Fire Horse Museum, the Barbie Museum and Permanent Exhibition, the Palazzo Bonomi - Gera - Museum Complex, the narrowest alley in Italy, and the Teatro delle Fonti (open-air amphitheater of the Fonti). The village is home to two excellent restaurants, Barone Rosso and Lu Cuccelò, and the Bar Centrale, where you can enjoy delicious pastries and ice cream.
