La foresteria casa vacanze immersa nel verde ed a 2,5 km dal centro abitato è sicuramente la struttura più green della città, ideata nel rispetto della natura completa di pannelli solari per l'approvvigionamento energetico, di pompe di calore per la climatizzazione, nonché degli impianti termodinamici per la produzione dell'acqua calda sanitaria. Infine, l'acqua è potabilizzata attraverso due impianti e tutta l' acqua di scarico viene riutilizzata per l'irrigazione del giardino . Quanto invece alla pulizia e biancheria vengono utilizzati prodotti biodegradabili e le lenzuola vengono, dopo il lavaggio, piegate senza stiratura per il risparmio energetico .
