The holiday home “Da Susy” is located in Tuscany, in the beautiful medieval village of San Quirico, Pistoia province, at 530 meters above sea level. The house is about a 20-minute drive from the center of Pescia, the nearest town with all main services such as supermarkets and shops. There are two free parking areas outside the village, at the lower part of the town. From the parking lots, you can reach the property on foot in about 5 minutes, walking up a typical mountain village slope. The 90 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso and classic moka coffee makers, kettle, satellite TV with multilingual channels, books, games, and guides for local excursions.
