La Mansarda sita in Biancareddu un piccolo paesino di pochi abitanti. A meno di 1km troviamo diverse spiagge: Lampianu, Rena Majore del nord ,Piodi , Muratore tutte spiagge incontaminate. A 12 km troviamo Stintino con le sue meravigliose spiagge di cui la famosa Pelosa. A 5 km dalla struttura troviamo diversi servizi tra cui: Parafarmacia, Guardia medica, Minimarket ,Pizzeria, Trattoria, Biscottificio, BarTabacchi ,Officina Meccanica, Caffetteria! A circa 15km troviamo la spiaggia dell'Argentiera con le vecchie miniere e la spiaggia di Porto Palmas. A circa 35 km è facilmente raggiungibile l'aereoporto di Alghero ,a 23 km il porto di Porto Torres, a 143 km l'aereoporto e porto di Olbia. La Mansarda rimane a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi informazione.
