The attic is a small and cozy attic apartment of about 80 square meters in a two-family house. The living room and kitchen are open-space and complete with all the necessary appliances. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, two air conditioners with heat pump, 36" smart TV, broadband wi-fi. The bedroom is very large and includes a double bed and a single sofa bed that can become a double bed if necessary. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need with bidet, shower and washing machine. Small pets are accepted for which a surcharge may be required. The attic is accessible from an independent entrance and has a parking space on a private road. 40 km from Milan also reachable by train, station 500 meters away and in the center of the lake region. Main distances: Como 30 km, Varese 13 km, Swiss border 11 km, Lake Maggiore 30 km, Malpensa airport 35 km. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets a few km away, pharmacies, bakeries, bars. 2 km away is the Pianbosco swimming pool immersed in the Pineta Park.

So I decided to transform the attic of my house into a small but welcoming space for guests. We are a classic family of 4, and I have 2 wonderful 21-year-old children. I am a sunny person and I like talking to people. I hope you will find it good and I would like to convey the warmth of the typical Italian welcome.
The house is located in a residential area of ​​detached houses and villas about 500 meters from the town center where you can find small grocery stores, bars and very well-known pastry shops, pharmacies. The TreNord Milano train station is only a 10-minute walk away.
