LA PULCE INNEVATA is a typical mountain style apartment on two levels with 4 beds (max). Located on the second and top floor also accessible by lift. Recently renovated, it is located in the small Residence Cavallazza on the magnificent Passo Rolle at 1984 meters above sea level, surrounded by the imposing Dolomite group of the Pale di San Martino. Features: sunny balcony overlooking the Lagorai mountain range; living room with sofa, armchair and TV; kitchen with dining area (table, bench and chairs); 1 double bedroom with balcony, 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers accessible by a spiral staircase; 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine; corridor with bench, large wardrobe and access to the balcony. Condominium parking with assigned space under the structure. Ski slopes and ski lifts 2 minutes on foot. An ideal place for those who want to stay in a place of unspoiled natural beauty and a starting point for magnificent excursions in the Dolomites.

Neighborhood info

At 2000 meters, Passo Rolle is one of the most spectacular passes in the Dolomites. Located at 1,980 meters above sea level, the Passo Rolle pass connects San Martino di Castrozza with the other valleys of the Dolomites. The town consists of a small inhabited center with some hotels, restaurants, bars and shops at the foot of the magnificent Pale di San Martino amphitheater, the southwestern gateway to the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area, dominated by the unmistakable profile of the Cimon della Pala (3,186 m), is in summer an excellent starting point for walks, excursions and mountain bike rides. Among the most famous destinations we remember the beautiful Val Venegia, the lakes of Colbricon and the Cristo Pensante, reachable along the homonymous trekking. Thanks to the unmistakable view of the Cimon della Pala (3,186 m), the 15 kilometers of slopes at Passo Rolle complete the offer of the ski area and are undoubtedly the most panoramic trails in the entire Alpine arc.
