The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans and a heat pump for heating in mid-season and cooling in summer. The living room opens onto a patio connected to a large terrace overlooking the garden. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The house is in an excellent position for visiting Gallura, Costa Paradiso, Castelsardo, Alghero, Stintino by car. In 2025, the condominium swimming pool, located a few meters from the apartment, was reopened.
I deal with nature and the environment therefore I really appreciate Calarossa with its buildings inserted in the greenery. The vegetation of the Mediterranean maquis is special above all for its colors and scents. The clear sea with red rocks, the excellent food, its sunsets. The extraordinary richness of the landscape is the added value of Calarossa.
Nearby there are wonderful beaches that can be reached by car but also on foot for trekking lovers: Monti Russu bay - Aglientu, Lu Litarroni beach - Aglientu, Li Feruli beach - Isola Rossa, Li Tinnari beach - Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi beach - Costa Paradiso, Cala Sarraina, La Marinedda, Li Junchi beach - Badesi. It is also possible to visit the islands of Maddalena and Caprera to the east and Asinara to the west. From the port of Palau, ferries leave every hour for La Maddalena and Caprera and there are many boat offers for day trips to discover the archipelago where the colors of the sea are incredible. Getting to Asinara to enjoy its unspoiled nature and its beautiful white beaches is very simple; infact the island is connected by sea by the Asinara - Porto Torres ferry line and also by the Asinara - Stintino line. However, visits must be booked.
