Cozy apartment located in the heart of Mola di Bari, perfect for up to 4 guests. The property features a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely private terrace where guests can relax after exploring the seaside town and nearby attractions. Conveniently located in Via Otranto 11, close to the seafront and local services. Once booked, you will be asked to complete a mandatory and secure online check-in via our VIKEY system. There will be three steps: Step 1: ID entry and identification of the main guest with front, back photo and selfie with ID. Step 2: payment of the tourist tax. Step 3: signing of the short-term rental contract via OTP. Thank you for your cooperation. Inside the property you will find a welcome kit that includes towels, bed linen, 1 shower shampoo per guest, 1 coffee per guest and 1 roll of toilet paper. By law we are not authorized to offer any extra services (e.g. food and drinks) therefore any item other than the welcome kit must be purchased independently
