Property info

Located in the quiet Villanova neighborhood, one of Cagliari's four historic districts, it dates back to the 13th century, when farmers and artisans came to settle in the capital to facilitate their activities. The building, dating back to the early 1900s, has been completely renovated and refurbished, respecting the construction standards and materials of the time, making the home welcoming and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. Spread over two levels, the building is accessed via two flights of stairs, where the original decorations, which inspired our hotel's logo, were discovered. From the terrace, where you can relax with a warm Jacuzzi bath, you can enjoy views of the city and a glimpse of the harbor.

Neighborhood info

Walking around the neighborhood is a pleasure... Reading a book on the benches in the shade of the plants in the San Domenico square is even more relaxing... Originating in the 13th century, the Villanova neighborhood is divided into twelve rectangular blocks, which are developed along four streets: Via San Domenico, Via San Giacomo, Via Piccioni, and Via San Giovanni. Quiet and colorful neighborhood, made lively by the many plants cared for by the residents, in an area where traffic is limited. Located 500 meters from Bastione di San Remy and the National Archaeological Museum, both in the Castello neighborhood. The neighborhood is just 5 km from the long beach of Poetto, easily accessible by public transportation.
