The structure, dating back to the 13th/fourteenth century, is located in the historic centre of the city of Como. Its renovation, completed in 2024, restored the stones of the Broletto, which can be admired in the exterior façade, to their former splendour through the intervention of fine arts artists

In a historic residence built around 1300 and recently renovated in the very centre of Como, we offer spacious flats with living room and kitchen, a stone's throw from the most visited places, in one of the last remaining quiet streets in the city. We offer: 2 flats with two double rooms and living room/kitchen with sofa bed (6 persons) 6 flats with one double room and living room/kitchen with sofa bed, of which the attic (4 persons) 1 flat with one double room and living room/kitchen
