The "Vacation House La Villa Como" is a splendid villa from the early 1900s, renovated in full respect of its historical architectural characteristics. The villa is spread over four floors, two of which are used as the home of the owners, Mara and Claudio (who will be at your disposal for any information and advice). Composed by: 2 double bedrooms CERNOBBIO and LAGLIO (located on the ground floor) each with an independent entrance, bathroom, dressing room and private garden; double bedroom VARENNA (located on the fhird floor, accessible by lift) with an additional sofa bed (which can accommodate two more people) and a private EXTERNAL bathroom; apartment BELLAGIO (located on the fhird floor, accessible by lift) suitable for families (with a maximum of 5 children) or groups of friends (maximum 6 people) and composed of 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a mezzanine with a sofa bed and an additional baby bed. The villa is also equipped with a private spa which includes sauna, Turkish bath and salt cave. Guests have also access to additional services: a convenient shuttle service to/from the airport, rent a car service, bicycle raising activities for the surrounding area, an exclusive sauna for moments of true well-being, and private covered parking (for a fee). Families are welcome: cots and cribs are available free of charge upon request. The Villa houses the Villa Art Collection by artist José Molina. The Villa is the ideal place to discover local wines and wines from all over Italy, thanks to our partners.

We love travel, good food and wine. Claudio is an event organizer as well as a wine expert, and he sells wines produced by small Italian wineries. Mara is a social worker, passionate about culture and society. We live in the Villa, so we'll be happy to welcome you and help for everything you'll need.

We are at 2 kilometers from the historic center where you can visit Como and his beautiful streets and houses. The neighborhood enjoys mountain views, tranquility, and surrounding greenery. From Via Rienza, you can take a car/bus to the center or take a walk to Brunate, a magnificent village accessible by car, on foot, or by funicular.
