Lacetoliera residenza d'epoca offre un soggiorno in ambienti di charme storico tra collezioni di pezzi d'arte, una piccola biblioteca antiquaria con manoscritti, disegni e incisioni, e una raccolta di cataloghi di consultazione scelti. Le cantine offrono un piccolo impatto con il mondo dei vini piemontesi. Il piccolo parco che circonda la casa presenta una grnade varietà di piante selezionate e secolari. Frequentatori abituali della casa furono per amicizia con gli ultimi proprietari membri della Famiglia Agnelli.

Il sito più importante nelle immediate vicinanze è il Complesso Monumentale di Santa Croce edificato nella seconda metà del Cinquecento per volontà del Papa Pio v ghislieri qui nato e noto per la Battaglia di Lepanto. A corredo il museo delle numerose opere di Giorgio Vasari che ha progettato e decorato il Complesso. Bosco Marengo è noto per la famosa vittoria di Napoleone con la battaglia omonima (1800). Bosco Marengo offre la vicinanza con i percorsi del vino di Gavi e del Dolcetto di Ovada con la possibilità di visita delle cantine e di degustazioni e permette di raggiungere e visitare siti paesaggistici corredati di borghi, castelli e residenze nobiliari.
