Our Lake Garda Hills apartment is located in the Residence Il Cascinale, just 3 km from Peschiera del Garda. Surrounded by a large park, it offers peace and greenery, creating an ideal atmosphere for families and those seeking tranquillity. The studio is spacious and cozy, featuring a double bed, TV area, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, and private terrace. Guests have access to outdoor parking and a swimming pool open from early June to the end of September (swim caps are mandatory). A perfect spot for total relaxation! The Space The available space is only indoors; outdoor areas are shared spaces, so they cannot be occupied. The pool is available for guests and can be accessed only while wearing swim caps. Thank you! Guest Access The access isn't the most convenient, as the residence is situated on a small hill, with pathways and steps. In other words, you won’t have your car parked right outside the house since you’re in a park! But a 5-minute walk rewards you with peace and quiet, away from traffic noise. Other Things to Note: Linens are provided, including sheets and shower towels.
