Building completely renovated in the historic center of Pesaro less than 100 meters from the Rossini Theater. my thoughts and my nuances are the walls and the stones set in the walls are a dimension of living marked by relaxation and well-being of rest. The apartment has been equipped with the latest generation air conditioning system, designed to further improve the liveability of the structure.
The building is located a stone's throw from the prestigious Rossini Theater, home of the expected annual Rossini Opera Festival event, meetings of international musical and artistic talents. At just over a hundred meters you can visit the birthplace of Gioacchino Rossini, the Diocesan Museum, the Duomo, the Rocca Costanza. Pesaro, city of music and bicycles offers the possibility of relaxing walks on the suggestive promenade that goes around the fountain designed and built by the architect Pomodoro. The proposed summer evening events, such as that of the International Modern Cinema Exhibition, offer pleasant attractions of interest. The wide and served beaches of the Adriatic coast of Pesaro offer relaxing days at the sea where you can enjoy the sun, the fresh air of the shoreline and the warm colors of the sunset.
