From our B&B you can easily reach the beaches of Campofilone and Pedaso, which are only a few hundred meters away, you can go to the sandy shores of San Benedetto del Tronto, 20 km southward, or hit the coast of Porto San Giorgio, about 10 kilometers northward. Following up the provincial road Valdaso you can reach the nearby Sibillini Mountains and discover the secrets of the legendary sorceress Sibilla. Along the way there are dozens of medieval towns to stop by , with plenty of ancient treasures hiding among the timeless alleys. If you love cycling or walking, the Valdaso is dotted with marked trails that will allow you to venture among the rolling hills of Le Marche. The eno-gastronomic tours suggested here are one of the best way to give you back the authentic taste of our land.

FLAVOURS The world-famous egg pasta Maccheroncini di Campofilone is a rigorously handmade product of the several laboratories and pasta makers of this area. The thin pasta sheet is still worked by hand, as it was in ancient times, cut with a sharp knife in fine threads that are then slowly and carefully dried. The original recipe, unchanged for generations, requires the use of 10 eggs for each kilo of durum wheat flour and its refined manifacture is mostly mastered by women. The largest production of this fine pasta takes place in Campofilone, the small medieval town where it was first created and where you can still have a true taste of it. WINES Le Marche boast several DOCG wines like Rosso Conero Riserva, Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva, Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva, Vernaccia di Serrapetrona, while the DOC qualified wines of the region are Colli Pesaresi, Bianchello del Metauro, Maceratesi Colli, I Terreni di San Severino, Pergola, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, Esino, Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, Rosso Conero, Verdicchio di Matelica, Serrapetrona, San Ginesio, Rosso Piceno, Terre di Offida, Falerio dei Colli Ascolani.
