The area around the Residence is surrounded by stunning beaches with crystal, clear sea and fine, white sand. In the summertime, Budoni (1.5 km from the Residence) entertains its visitors with crowded night markets and live music. The famous San Teodoro, known for its exciting nightlife, is at just 15 km away. For those wishing to discover the surroundings, it is possible to visit archeological sites and nature trails. In less than 30 minutes, it is possible to reach the port and airport of Olbia.
