Le 'Dimore di Luciana e Serafina' are independent apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms, with two bathrooms, air conditioning, with private parking space and recently built. The bedrooms and the first bathroom are located on the lower floor with windows while on the mezzanine floor there is the kitchen and the second bathroom. They are less than 5 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of the sandy coast of Puglia: the Maldives of Salento. Among the services most appreciated by our guests there is certainly the outdoor barbecue to spend pleasant summer evenings, the mosquito nets on all doors and windows and the shower and/or outdoor shower. All consumption is included in the rate but please note that excessive electricity consumption may result in a charge of EUR 0.40/kwh to be paid at the end of the stay. Bed linen and towels on request at a cost of 15.00 euros per person for the entire stay Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival is equal to: 1.80 cents per person per day for a maximum of 7 days (adults only)
