The apartment is located in Grezzana, the first town in Lessinia and the center of Verona can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The recently renovated apartment is equipped with every comfort and is suitable for couples, families and business trips. Le Giare House is for the exclusive use of guests and is located on the second floor of a building surrounded by greenery. There are stairs to access the house (approx. 20 steps), shared with two other apartments and it has a garden. In the structure you will find a large kitchen equipped with everything you need, two bedrooms, a living area, a bathroom with shower and two balconies with tables and deck chairs. The apartment does not have a private garage but it is possible to park comfortably in the street that runs alongside the structure.

The apartment is located halfway between the historic center of Verona and the Lessini mountains regional park. It is ideal for those wishing to visit the city while staying in a quiet area and those who want to go hiking.
