Villa Le Panteraie owes its name to the hill on which it is built, a promontory that rises 303 metres above sea level. It is a newly built home, furnished with modern design objects, which nevertheless reflects the charm of the Tuscan architectural tradition both externally and internally, for a contrast of great impact. The house is spread over three floors for a total of 400 square metres and has large, exclusive and fenced outdoor spaces, as well as reserved parking with a charging station for electric cars. INTERIOR The house adapts to the hilly surface, arranged on several terraced levels and with the ground floor and the first floor connected both from the inside and directly from the outside. You can access the main entrance on the ground floor, thanks to a long terrace that connects all the rooms on the floor, that leads, on the left, into a double bedroom (with a dividing bed and en-suite with shower) and, on the right, into the living room with dining table. The most important towns in Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Vinci, San Gimignano and Volterra) can be easily and quickly reached by public transport (for example bus and train, starting from Montecatini Terme) and private transport. The Versilia coasts, with the towns of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, and the mountains of the Abetone ski resort, are also just a short drive away.
