The apartment is renovated, every room is furnished with care and simplicity with some pieces that "speak" of Palermo's history.

Me, Laura (my wife) and ... Federico (our son). Freelancers both: I'm a musical promoter, Laura specializes in nutrition. Sport, of course. But also sofa with tv series. The rest of the time we devote to our son.

Within walking distance, there are all monuments, churches, palaces and theaters of historical interest. But also locals, restaurants (meat, fish, typical), pizzerias. bars, pubs, places of the Palermo Movida, even a Spa. In short, all are within reach. The property is located in the pedestrian area of ​​via Maqueda. Via Maqueda is within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Zone): if you come with the car, you need to buy ZTL Daily pass till 12 am of the same day (the instructions are indicated at the back of the Pass, or you can download the Ztl PalermoMobilità), the perimeter of the ZTL area, which it is accessible by car without ZTL pass, it is visible on the web. The ZTL area is active from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm and in the night only in the week end (from friday to sunday from 11 pm to 6 am). It is possible to travel outside this time zone for free. I also inform that there are two private Parking close to the apartment (100 mt and 400 mt), both on payment and to be booked on request (please specify in a message if you need it).
