The house is centrally located in relation to the most beautiful beaches: Santa Teresa, Palau or Porto Pollo are a few minutes away, as well as the beaches of the Costa Smeralda or Monti Russu, UNESCO site, are nearby. It is also in an ideal position for hiking, biking and water sports. At 700 meters flows the river Liscia, with traits ideal for canoeing. Inside the property, in a path that leads to a Dolmen of the III Millennium B.C., you can take long walks immersed in nature.

The space is ideal both for travelers who want to visit the most famous seaside resorts such as Porto Cervo and its crystalline waters that can be reached in a few minutes, and for those who love the genuine, natural environment, also visiting the real Gallura and its villages; moreover, you can spend some alternative moments to the sea, taking a walk in a path surrounded by nature, where you can see interesting evidence of rural life age and the megalithic structure of the Dolmen, which is 5000 years old (III-IV millennium A.C.), perfectly intact. The set of granite rocks that accompany it-used by ancient inhabitants as a sacred place-draw a fascinating natural scenery without equal. Just 5 minutes away are the archaeological areas of Li Lolghi, Li Muri and Li Mizzani
