A delightful apartment facing the sea and, near the center, 100mt from the Civitanova Marche train station, located on the mezzanine floor with a private courtyard. Apartment 10B with independent entrance and small private courtyard, with kitchenette with oven, living room with sofa bed, one bedroom Equipped with all comforts, smart TV, air conditioning, independent heating. Ample and free parking, all over the street below the apartment The apartments are located on the Varco a mare, in front of the pine forest of, zonal Lido Cluana di Civitanova Marche, a central area where there are restaurants, shops and all the nightlife on one side and a few steps away from the beautiful south promenade on the ports and the beautiful beaches of Civitanova
