Beautiful apartment of 58 mq near the SEA and a few minutes walk from the CENTER. IDEAL FOR 2 but also for 3 guests as a BED SOFA is available. The apartment is equipped with: AIR CONDITIONING, KITCHEN with KITCHENETTE, OVEN,MICROWAVE OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE, IRON and IRONS from STIRO, CLOTHES HORSE, TV with CHANNELS, HEATING and INCLUSIVE IN THE BREAKFAST PRICE. You will find everything: sheets, towels, toiletries etc.. BEDROOM with DOUBLE BED very comfortable, CABINETS and SOCKETS near the bed.MOSQUITO NETS and LOWER everywhere! GAZZEBO with GARDEN with TABLE for dinners and lunches in the open air. And finally GARAGE for private parking space. beautiful beach, restaurants, bars, tobacconist and minimarket all nearby. As mentioned before 50 meters from the beach. every 10 20 meters a fish menu restaurant better than the other but also meat based. tobacco a few meters away. mini market 2 minutes away. bar 20 meters all available including the center where the market is on Saturday. perfect for a relaxing holiday but also a lot of activities on the beach that is free but there is also free. In addition also beautiful cities nearby to visit and the mountain just a few minutes away by car, but above all for those who love cycling, the bike path that reaches Pesaro, and in the evening much to choose from including pubs and events.
