The bedroom is located above an ancient mezzanine with a concrete base and cross-vaulted ceiling, a rare find nowadays. There is an old, non-functioning kitchenette, left intact to show guests how the property was originally laid out (the kitchen is not functional and cannot be used). A capsule coffee machine is provided as a welcome kit in this space. The property is ideal for couples, but also convenient for solo travelers or business travelers, and versatile for a small family of up to four.

We usually welcome our guests in person to get to know them. If necessary, we recommend where to find free or paid parking spaces. In addition, guests can count on the electric shuttle service for people and luggage (service of another local private company with a cost of about 5/10 euros) for transfers by car and vice versa. Whenever possible we are available for a short walking tour in the magnificent Polignano a Mare (free). We recommend our guests the best restaurants for lunch \ dinner, based on their needs and expectations, so we offer different solutions. Guests can make free use of agreements with restaurants or for tours and boat excursions (subject to availability of seats)

Lama Monachile is the most famous place in Polignano. You will have seen the image of this cove many times on the walls of various social networks, in fact a very popular background for tourist selfies or shots worthy of the coolest influencer or fashion blogger. The coast around Polignano a Mare is full of sea caves, more than 70, created by the erosion phenomena of the sea and the wind. They can be visited thanks to a boat trip. The boat trips to discover the caves last about 1 hour and a half and also include a stop for a swim during the warmer months.
