The recently renovated building has the highest energy class with heating/cooling system and related air conditioning of the building with very low environmental impact. There is the possibility of leaving one's car free of charge at the facility. In the apartment you have access to the living room, bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor spaces, excluding the kitchen.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the property overlooking the hills of Cisterna d'Asti. Also just a 20-minute drive away are the main towns of Monferrato, Langhe and Roero: Asti and Alba.
