Our property features rooms that were completely renovated in 2026, offering a comfortable, modern, and welcoming environment. All rooms are located on the first floor and include a private bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for our guests. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, available to all 7 rooms located within the same courtyard, making it the perfect place to relax during the warmer months. Although the property is situated in an industrial area, it benefits from an exceptionally convenient location. San Bonifacio train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the motorway exit can be reached within a few minutes by car. The property is also ideally positioned between Verona and Vicenza, making it an excellent choice for both business travelers and visitors wishing to explore the surrounding area.

The property is accessible by car only via the Regional Road 11 (formerly State Road 11), which connects Verona and Vicenza. Many GPS devices incorrectly suggest Viale Trieste as an access road from the center of San Bonifacio. However, Viale Trieste is blocked by the railway, located about 150 meters from the property. It is still accessible on foot via a pedestrian underpass. If you’re coming from Verona or exiting the A4 motorway at Soave–San Bonifacio, follow the signs for Vicenza and stay on SR11. After passing the first traffic light, continue straight: you’ll see an IP gas station on the left, and Viale Trieste will be on the right. House number 59 is located next to number 57, home to Studio Dal Degan & Partners, which can be used as a reference point. Welcome!
