LOCAZIONE TURISTICA DAL DEGAN was established around 1940 and underwent a complete renovation in February 2018. As was typical at the time, the rooms were very spacious, measuring approximately 30–35 square meters. Thanks to these generous dimensions, it was possible to create five independent rooms, each equipped with a private en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building. The renovation also allowed for the creation of a private garden with an attached swimming pool (10x5 meters), available for guest use. Please note that only some rooms have a private terrace. We do our best to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay, although we are aware that our location — in the industrial area of the municipality of San Bonifacio — may not be ideal for everyone. However, it also makes us easily accessible and conveniently located near the highway, the train station, and the main routes connecting to Verona and Vicenza. I’m happy to personally welcome you to my property and will do my best to make you feel at ease, just like at home. What I enjoy most about this work is the connection with people — every guest has a unique story, and it’s a real pleasure for me to offer a stay that’s peaceful, simple, and thoughtfully cared for. In my free time, I take care of the garden and the pool, a little corner of peace that I’m glad to share with those who choose to stay here. I wish you a pleasant stay!

The property is accessible by car only via the Regional Road 11 (formerly State Road 11), which connects Verona and Vicenza. Many GPS devices incorrectly suggest Viale Trieste as an access road from the center of San Bonifacio. However, Viale Trieste is blocked by the railway, located about 150 meters from the property. It is still accessible on foot via a pedestrian underpass. If you’re coming from Verona or exiting the A4 motorway at Soave–San Bonifacio, follow the signs for Vicenza and stay on SR11. After passing the first traffic light, continue straight: you’ll see an IP gas station on the left, and Viale Trieste will be on the right. House number 61 is located next to number 57, home to Studio Dal Degan & Partners, which can be used as a reference point. Welcome!
