Welcome to Locus Solus Elba, an exclusive villa that embodies luxury and tranquility, located on Mount Orello, in the municipality of Portoferraio. This unique property, with swimming pool, is immersed in a 15,000 square meter park full of flowers, shrubs and aromatic herbs, which color and perfume the air. The dirt access road, about 400 meters long (2 minutes by car), is passable with most cars but not recommended for cars with particularly sporty and low-down settings. You will be welcomed by a flower garden that has 8 parking spaces. The villa, arranged on two floors, offers on the ground floor a living room with sea view, a large dining area with elegantly equipped open kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Upstairs, the main sleeping area has three double bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. All rooms have a terrace from which you can enjoy a postcard view of the island of Elba and in particular the Gulf of Bagnaia. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. The 5 main rooms are located inside the central body of the property, while the sixth room has two single beds and a private bathroom and is located in a separate area of the villa, with access through the laundry/gym area. This room is not internally connected to the main sleeping area, has no air conditioning and has a simpler standard than the other rooms on the property. The private pool (11x5m) is located about 70m away and is accessed via a staircase of 44 steps surrounded by cork trees, fragrant pines and oaks. The area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a bathroom. The isolated location from the villa guarantees maximum privacy. Pets are allowed with a supplement; the property is not entirely fenced.
