The bright and welcoming loft, just renovated, is located on the last floor of a house situated in the center of Cavalese, few meters far from the arrival of Marcialonga country ski race, near by the beautiful Park of the Pieve perfect destination for relaxing walks. The loft has got a spacious double sofa bed, kitchen, wardrobe, equipped bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. Perfect for singles and for couples, the wide windows make it bright and warm. Welcome! The 30 square meters loft is made of fine furnishings with all comforts. It is located on the third floor of a house situated in the center of Cavalese, few meters far from the Marcialonga arrival. It has a spacious wardrobe in the entrance, double sofa bed and tv, equipped kitchen with closet, dining table, and bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. The parking place is located just a few meters from the entrance door.

Neighborhood info

The house is located in the center of Cavalese, a perfect position to access to all facilities offered by the small town such as the lift for the Alpe Cermis ski center which is easy reachable with a 5 minutes walk. The place is also nice for walks thorough the Parco delle Pieve or down to the waterfall of Cavalese. By car is possible to reach the Lavazè pass, the Pampeago/Obereggen ski resort, and the cross country ski ring of Lago di Tesero. The location is strategical for whose who would love to discover the Fiemme and Fassa valleys. The car is needed to be more independent. Anyway public transports are useful to reach all ski areas and other interesting places.
