You look through 3 large arched portals onto a large terrace in front and a spacious olive grove; in the background, typical Ligurian green hills in complete tranquillity (3 km from the main road in the Arroscia valley). The house is built in the typical Ligurian style as a natural stone house; the roof is also the parking deck. In a completely modern kitchen area with green granite you will find everything you need to prepare all the dishes of creative Ligurian cuisine. You can enjoy your meals at a large round marble table with comfortable armchairs. A crystal chandelier above the dining table and the natural stone wall as a room divider give the kitchen/dining area a very special look. In the living area, you can relax on a modern leather sofa and enjoy satellite TV; the room is air-conditioned. A separate reading area is furnished with 2 leather armchairs. From the living room you enter through a door into the cantina, where you will find a washing machine. In Alassio/Laigueglia you will find the most beautiful sandy beaches in Liguria.
