Brand new apartment located just 8 km from Como (easily reachable by bus in about 15 minutes). The Spaces: Bedroom Living room with a sofa bed Fully equipped kitchenette Modern bathroom Amenities Included: At your disposal, you will find a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, iron, and washing machine. In the Area: Everything you need is just a short walk away, including a restaurant, bar, pizzeria, and bakery. Flexible Check-in: Arrival times are flexible. Upon request, late-night check-in is also available.
Me and my family we live in the apartment upstairs and will be available for any need.
Important Information About Parking & ZTL (Traffic Restriced Area) Please note that the apartment is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Area), which means driving is restricted for non-residents during specific hours. Here is everything you need to know to reach the apartment smoothly: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM): Driving in the area is restricted. If you arrive during these hours, we highly recommend parking for free just 50 meters from the house. Free Parking Address: Via S. Carlo Borromeo, 2, 22070 Casnate Con Bernate CO (only a 3-minute walk to the apartment). Monday to Friday (after 7:00 PM) & All Day Saturday and Sunday: Access is completely free. You can drive straight to the property at any time. Where to park at the apartment: Once inside the restricted area (or during the allowed times), you can use the dedicated parking space right in front of the apartment, upon request
